So again, long time no see! Things have been quite busy on our side. We thought we'd try out our own version of an online lit mag for a little while, see how people like it. In an effort to stay green we are keeping it online! If you have something you'd like to see up here go ahead and send it in. Thanks! Any donations would help too! Hope you enjoy! Once the site becomes more developed there will be specific links to drawings, poems, short stories, etc.

Also, we thought we'd share a few tips on trying to stay green!
More right turns when you drive! UPS did it and saved a lot of money on gas and emissions were cut down. So not only will you be saving money but you will be helping the environment too!

Kroger is giving away free reusable bags if you purchase 3 specific items like Doritos or Gatorade for example.

Check out Recycline. They have recycled products such as toothbrushes and tableware. Very cool.

And the summer is coming up, everyone wants to beat the heat. Try wearing clothes made out of bamboo! Seriously! Supposedly better than cotton. Prevents odors and helps you not sweat as much. Well those are our first few tips for now. Check out our first few entries!

This poem highlights some of the thoughts and feelings teenagers feel. Some are dark and serious, while others are quite funny, but they are all important to those who are feeling them. In the end it reminds you not to get too worked up, after all, you are just a teen. - M.S.

When everything is said and done
And your battles are still not won
When you just can't stop seeing red
And you wish that you were dead
When your crush doesn't know who you are
And your dad won't buy you a car
When you're unsure where your path will lead
And whether or not you will succeed
When all you really want is fame
But your band is incredibly lame
When everything you do is in vain
And you think you might just be insane
When all of your thoughts are obscene

Remember, you're just a teen.

This poem is based on a comparison to Communist Russia and the current media's influence on people. Philip is from NY and has been writing poems, songs and stories since an early age.

Turn up the dial to hear the good news
Flags waving high at the Great Victory
Soldiers who've fallen into history
To arms my comrades; there's no time to lose!

Red Radio hums in our heads and few
Dare think past all its contradictory
Logic bombs tick to create mystery
Between your ears comrades; they are the fuse!

Don't buy what they sell to masses in waves
Of AM, FM, commercial TV
They brand you and stamp you cattle and sheep
Don't buy what they say about Jesus saves
Listen to what I say, listen to me!
Red Radio taught me talk should be cheap.
